Terms of Service

For transparency, I own both a cat and dog. I take steps to vacuum products before shipment, however, if you are severely allergic to either animal it is advised against taking the risk. Karaf’tee’s Kreations will not be liable for allergic reactions

Karaf’tee’s Kreations reserves the right to refuse service to any person for any reason. I prioritize clear and respectful communication with clients. Reasons for refused service can include but are not limited to: disrespect towards the maker, threats, bargaining, requesting hate symbols in your design, etc.

Karaf’tee’s Kreations will work and communicate with the client to resolve any problems that arise to the best of their ability.

Instances of hostility, inability to communicate reasonably, and/or financial abuse will result in being blacklisted from Karaf’tee’s Kreations.

Must be 18 years or older to purchase. Valid proof of ID required before a purchase or commission is accepted.

If under the age of 18, communication can occur with a legal guardian on your behalf. A valid proof of ID will be required for the legal guardian.

Lack of valid proof of ID will lead to a rejection of purchase or commission.

Karaf’tee’s Kreations ensures that client’s personal information (such as legal name, address, financials, etc) will not be distributed in any way.

Karaf’tee’s Kreations reserves the right to publish photos, prices, and quotes of Kreations for advertising purposes as well as to prevent and deter resale scams.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from date received.

Reference sheets are highly preferred. However, if you cannot provide a reference sheet, please provide detailed information about the design. Also, be open for communication if questions occur to ensure that the product is up to standards.

If the client requests something more than standard paws with up to 2 colors and is unable to provide a reference sheet, there will be a design fee.

I am open to trying new patterns, experimental designs, and unique requests. Please reach out if you are curious and wish to have a discussion!

Payments are accepted through Zelle, Paypal, and Venmo (in order of preference).

Once you have acquired a commission slot and received a quote, a payment of 50% of the total cost will be required upfront before work begins. The other 50% must be sent upon completion of the Kreation, before shipping out.

Once you have accepted the sale of a premade item, full payment upfront is required, before shipping out.

Karaf’tee’s does not currently offer payment plans.

For Commissioned Kreations: If additional materials are required and I have not already ordered them, you may request a full refund of your initial deposit. I typically order materials within the first week of receiving the initial deposit.

If I have already ordered your materials or accepted your commission based on current inventory stock, you may request a refund of 40% of your initial deposit.

If I have already started work on your commission, your initial deposit is non-refundable.

If you are unable or unwilling to complete the second payment of your completed commission, I reserve the right to resell or auction it as a premade.

For Premade Kreations: Refunds are not available.

Paw Kreations are covered under a 6 month warranty. Warranty begins the day you receive your Kreation. Under this warranty, I will make repairs free of charge so long as the client covers the return shipping cost.

Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.

If there is evidence of the client using their Kreation in a way that would intentionally cause damage, the client's warranty is void.

Once the warranty period has ended, repairs are no longer free and price will be determined on a case by case basis.

If materials for your Kreation are not currently in stock upon accepting the commission, I will be unable to begin work until the material arrives.

I will ensure to order the material as soon as possible to prevent any delay while communicating with the client on the progress.

Once I begin work on your Kreation, it is expected to be complete within 2-4 weeks from the start date (not including shipping). However, please keep in mind that this is an estimate, and I am not bound by any deadlines that were not previously discussed.

Rush orders are available for an additional fee. Rush orders are guaranteed to be completed and shipped in under 2 weeks. Once the package is shipped, its delivery date is dependent on the delivery company.

Shipping is done through USPS and usually takes about 2-10 business days for receipt.

Rush shipping is done through USPS and takes 1-3 business days for receipt.

All shipping includes a tracking number, and a signature upon arrival of the package can be added upon request of the client.

My preferred method of communication is through Telegram or Instagram DMs (though other methods can be discussed if necessary).

Barring any unexpected life events, I work a minimum of 4 days a week, 8 hours a day, and I will be sure to send you regular updates on your Kreation via messages and photos.

Currently, I order my fur and minky through Big Z Fabrics and Howl Fabrics. I am open to ordering elsewhere if there is a specific color requested, however, I must deem the store as reputable first. Also, please note that these will be considered experimental if I have never worked with the materials before.

Paws are made with a mixture of luxury shag, beaver, and mochi minky. Specialty furs, standard minky, and/or fleece can be exchanged upon request.

Paws are lined with sweat-wicking neoprene material. If this will cause sensory issues, or you would simply prefer another fabric, please discuss this with me at the beginning of the commission process.

Currently, all 4 Finger Puffy Paws are made with a mixture of Sonsta Furs Pattern and Spilt Grape Soda Pattern

Once materials are ordered, they cannot be exchanged.

The client will request a commission through an application form, Instagram DMs, e-mail, or Telegram.

Karaf’tee’s Kreations will discuss terms of the commission with the client and provide a quote.

Once the terms are agreed upon by both Karaf’tee and the client, Karaf’tee will send an invoice for a 50% deposit via the agreed upon payment method.

The deposit is made by the client, then Karaf’tee will add the client to her Trello queue in the order of receipt (with the exception of rush orders, which will be pushed to the front of the queue).

If materials are not already available, materials will be ordered at this time to ensure speedy delivery.

Once materials have arrived and/or all previous commissions are complete, Karaf’tee will begin work on the client’s Kreation and will communicate regularly throughout the process with messages and pictures.

Once the Kreation is completed to Karaf’tee and the client’s approval, Karaf’tee will send a second invoice for the remaining 50% of payment via the agreed upon payment method.

The client completes the second payment, then Karaf’tee prepares the Kreation for shipping and sends it to the client as soon as possible.
